With a combined two decades of experience in management, leadership development, training, non-profit leadership, public and private healthcare services, and education, Kurt Wuerfele is a seasoned organizational coach and leadership development professional. He is a training specialist, executive coach, and consultant, coaching clients across five continents.
With an innovative and connecting approach, Kurt views organizations holistically, managing mission and vision, delivering training, and assisting individuals and teams to succeed. He brings experience from various sectors including technology, marketing, e-learning, management consulting, healthcare, and more.

Carol Ann is a Certified Professional Coach and Energy Leadership Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) with over 25 years of cross-cultural experience as a trainer, facilitator, and inclusive curriculum designer focused on leadership and capacity development. Her work is rooted in counseling psychology (Master's in Education: Guidance & Counseling, Master's (Honors) Psychology) and Learning Experience Design expertise. This foundation underpins her commitment to creating safe, supportive environments for profound learning and relationship building. Her integrated approach empowers individual leaders and teams to uncover blind spots, build resilience, master complex transitions, and cultivate high-performing, inclusive cultures while honoring the integrity of the human spirit and fostering sustainable growth. Carol Ann is recognized as an expert in creating psychologically safe team environments through her authentic listening methodology.

Alessandro is a Certified Professional Coach focused on Leadership Development, with 20 years of experience in International Corporate Environments. Formerly a Senior Marketing and Advertising Professional, he has worked with major advertising networks and automotive brands across Europe.
Alessandro now helps corporations navigate cultural transformations, managing team conflicts and leadership challenges. He believes in shifting the leadership paradigm towards emotionally intelligent leaders who connect with their emotions and use them as powerful tools for decision-making and influence.
