With a combined two decades of experience in management, leadership development, training, non-profit leadership, public and private healthcare services, and education, Kurt Wuerfele is a seasoned organizational coach and leadership development professional. He is a training specialist, executive coach, and consultant, coaching clients across five continents.
With an innovative and connecting approach, Kurt views organizations holistically, managing mission and vision, delivering training, and assisting individuals and teams to succeed. He brings experience from various sectors including technology, marketing, e-learning, management consulting, healthcare, and more.
Kurt understands team dynamics and helps organizations create repeatable systems for organizational harmony and financial sustainability that foster cohesion, growth, and leadership excellence.

Carol Ann is a Certified Professional Coach with 25 years of experience as a person-centred trainer, facilitator and inclusive curriculum designer focussing on leadership and capacity development.
With Master's degrees in both Psychology and Counselling Psychology, creating safe & supportive environments conducive to learning and relationship building underpins all her work. She has worked with many clients, from the private to the non-profit sector, public health, education, and international governmental institutions throughout Europe, the UK, India, and the Caucasus.
She further injects value through creativity, innovation and passion. Carol Ann hails from Scotland, is a native English speaker and is fluent in French.
Alessandro Punturo, ACC
Alessandro is a Certified Professional Coach focused on Leadership Development, with 20 years of experience in International Corporate Environments. Formerly a Senior Marketing and Advertising Professional, he has worked with major advertising networks and automotive brands across Europe.
Alessandro now helps corporations navigate cultural transformations, managing team conflicts and leadership challenges. He believes in shifting the leadership paradigm towards emotionally intelligent leaders who connect with their emotions and use them as powerful tools for decision-making and influence.
Alessandro is trained at iPEC in Energy Leadership and integrates advanced American coaching disciplines into his work.
