Who is Katie?

As a Senior Living Advisor with Oasis Senior Advisors, Katie Brooks brings over 20 years of experience in hospice, palliative care, home health, senior living, and care coordination. A personal family crisis in 2009 deepened her mission to help older adults and their loved ones navigate the often confusing senior care system with clarity and confidence.

She currently serves as a Board Member for AgeGuide, President of the Senior Service Coalition of Lake County, and Vice President of Continuity of Care – Lake McHenry Chapter.

She is also the founder of two active networking groups: the First Monday Ladies' Networking Group and the Lake County Catholic Professionals Network.
